All our silver coins and bars are 999 pure fine silver, sourced from LBMA-accredited refineries.

How do I verify the authenticity of my purchase?

Every product comes with an assay certificate and BIS hallmark. You can also verify purity at any BIS-certified testing centre in India.

Pricing & Payment

How are your prices calculated?

Our prices are based on live MCX market rates, updated every 60 seconds. The final price includes the metal cost, making charges, and GST (3% on gold, 3% on silver).

How long is a quoted price valid?

All prices are valid for 30 minutes from the time of quotation. After that, the price is recalculated based on the current market rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS). All payments must be completed before dispatch.

Is GST included in the price?

Yes, all displayed prices are inclusive of GST. You will receive a GST invoice with every order.

How do I place an order?

You can order directly on our website, or send us a message on WhatsApp. Our team will confirm your order, share payment details, and dispatch within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation and delivered within 2–3 business days across India via insured courier.

Is my shipment insured?

Yes. All shipments are fully insured and sent in tamper-proof packaging. In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, we will replace your order at no extra cost.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns across India.

Do you offer a buyback guarantee?

Yes. We offer a 100% buyback guarantee on all products purchased from us, at the prevailing market price on the day of buyback.
